Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"SOLUçãO DE REVESTIMENTO PARA A FORMAçãO DE PELìCULA DE TRANSMISSãO SELETIVA, PELìCULA DE TRANSMISSãO SELETIVA E PELìCULA DE MúLTIPLAS CAMADAS DE TRANSMISSãO SELETIVA"<D>. Uma solução de revestimento para a formação de uma película de transmissão seletiva que e eficaz para interceptar radiação ultravioleta em uma ampla faixa de comprimentos de onda até cerca de 400 nm mantém sua estabilidade e efeito por um longo tempo, tem também um poder de interceptar raios quentes e uma transmitância controlada de luz visível, tem qualquer cor desejada produzida pela adição de partículas finas de uma substância inorgânica apropriada, e é aplicável a vidro em qualquer edifício existente, ou semelhantes por um método simples e barato usando-se um aglutinante apropriadamente selecionado, e uma película de transmissão seletiva e uma películas de múltiplas camadas de transmissão seletiva que são formadas a partir da solução. A solução é uma dispersão de partículas finas tendo um diâmetro médio de 100 nm ou menor de pelo menos um de óxido de nitrogênio, nitreto de titânio, nitreto de tântalo, siliciureto de titânio, siliciureto de molibdênio, boreto de lantânio, óxido de ferro e óxido de hidróxido de ferro (III). Ela pode também conter pelo menos um dos alcóxidos de silício, zircónio, titânio e alumínio, e polímeros particularmente hidrolisados daqueles alcóxidos, e uma resina sintética como um aglutinante. A película de transmissão seletiva é formada por revestimento de um material de base com a solução, e seu endurecimento. A película de múltiplas camadas de transmissão seletiva tem uma outra película formada sobre a película de transmissão seletiva e contendo pelo menos um dos alcóxdos de silício, zircónio, titânio e alumínio, e polímeros particularmente hidrolisados daqueles alcóxidos, e uma resina sintética como um aglutinante.
