Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA TESTE DE PNEUS".<D>No método de exame de pneu antes e após uma alteração na pressão do pneu, um interferograma respectivo é produzido da superfície do pneu usando-se irradiação coerente e o interograma é convertido para uma imagem de módulo 2<227>, a qual por sua vez é processada de modo a se obter uma imagem de valor cinzenta e no caso em que a partir de uma comparação das imagens de valor conzentas, informação relativa a quaisquer defeitos presentes no pneu é obtida. Para se testar um pneu, a roda que suporta tal pneu a ser testado é arranjada em um conjunto de cilindros acionados pelo acionamento do veículo com a roda, um cabeçote de teste é movido para o pneu de modo a ficar em uma distância de teste predeterminada do mesmo para a produção de tais interferogramas, em um primeiro segmento de teste do pneu um exame de defeitos é realizado, a roda é incrementada girada pelo conjunto de cilindros por um montante igual ao tamanho de um segmento de teste e assim muitos segmentos de teste são examinados até que todo o pneu seja testado. O aparelhos de teste de pneu possui um dispositivo de pressão de ar para a alteração da pressão do pneu, um cabeçote de teste e um computador. Ademais, o aparelho compreende, pelo menos, um conjunto de cilindros de acionamento ajustado, no qual o pneu a ser testado do veículo pode ser arranjado por acionamento do dito veículo, um dispositivo de posicionamento para o cabeçote de teste com o qual o cabeçote de teste para a produção de interferogramas deve ficar avançado em direção ao pneu até uma distância de teste predeterminada a partir do pneu e um dispositivo de controle para o ajuste dos cilindros a fim de incrementalmente girar a roda em um montante correspondente a um segmento de teste, quando o teste do segmento de teste anterior estiver concluído.
