<B>"DISPOSITIVO DE REJEIçãO PARA UMA MáQUINA DE EMBALAGEM DE ALTA VELOCIDADE"<D>. Um dispositivo de rejeição (1) para uma máquina de embalagem de alta velocidade (2), o dispositivo possuindo uma abertura de entrada (23) para uma sucessão de embalagens (3) contendo produtos alimentícios despejáveis e percorrendo ao longo de um caminho de suprimento (A); uma primeira superfície guia (18) para guiar as embalagens (3) ao longo de um caminho de transferência (B) para uma estação de saída (13,30); uma segunda superfície guia (19) para guiar as embalagens (3) ao longo de um caminho de expulsão (C) que intersecta os caminhos de suprimento e transferência (A,B); e um elemento de seleção (22) localizado na interseção dos caminhos de suprimento, transferência e expulsão (A,B,C), e que possui uma primeira e segunda paredes (32,33) voltadas e conectados integralmente uma à outra, e gira em torno de um eixo articulado fixo (E) no sentido cruzado ao caminho de suprimento (A), entre uma primeira posição de operação onde a primeira parede (32) é substancialmente alinhada com a primeira superfície guia (18) para direcionar as embalagens (3) ao longo do caminho de transferência (B), e uma segunda posição de operação onde a segunda parede (33) é substancialmente alinhada com a segunda superfície guia (19) para direcionar as embalagens (3) ao longo do caminho de expulsão (C).
