Abstract
''ALTERNADOR, NOTADAMENTE PARA VEìCULO AUTOMóVEL''. Um alternador do tipo compreende uma caixa (10, 20) que porta um estator (50) e no qual é montado em rotação um rotor (30) com garras imbricadas (31a, 32a). A caixa comporta em um primeiro lado , bocas (25) de entrada de ar de resfriamento e em um lado oposto, bocas (15) de saída de ar de resfriamento. De acordo com a invenção, as bocas de entrada de ar (25) ficam situadas a maior proximidade do eixo de rotação do rotor do que as bocas de saída de ar (15), de modo que uma circulação de ar po efeito centrifugo seja gerada pela rotação do rotor (30).
