Abstract
Patente de Invenção:<B>"MECANISMO DE EXTRUSãO DE PARAFUSO, EM PARTICULAR UM MECANISMO DE EXTRUSãO DE PARAFUSO DUPLO, PARA O PROCESSAMENTO DE MATERIAIS DE ALTA LIBERAçãO DE GáS" <D>. Um mecanismo de extrusão de parafuso para o processamento de materiais de alta liberação de gás compreende um extrusor principal (1) para o processamento adequado do material, um dispositivo de alimentação e descarga de material (4,5) e um dispositivo de liberação de gás no extrusor principal para a descarga da corrente de gás da parte de evaporação (14). Para a corrente de gás de ramificar em pelo menos três correntes separadas (19,20,21), o dispositivo de liberação de gás compreende uma primeira porta de liberação de gás (13) e pelo menos dois elementos de liberação de gás que são radialmente opostos um ao outro com relação ao extrusor principal (1) e são dispostos entre a parte de evaporação (14) e a primeira porta de liberação de gás (13) e que são desenhados preferivelmente como extrusores de parafuso auxiliares (7,8) abrindo radialmente para dentro do extrusor principal.
