Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA PóS-ESPUMAMENTO DE PARTìCULAS POLIOLEFìNICAS PRé-EXPANDIDAS"<D>. Processo, por meio do qual pérolas de espuma poliolefínicas de elevada densidade aparente podem ser convertidas em pérolas de espuma de baixa densidade aparente, que consiste em que partículas de espuma poliolefínicas com uma densidade aparente de 20 até 450 g/l a 2 até 25 bar e uma temperatura de T~ m~ -150°C até T~ m -40°C sejam carregadas por um tempo de 1 h até 48 h com gás inerte, sendo que as partículas de espuma pressurizadas podem ser coduzidas continuamente ou descontinuamente a um dispositivo, no qual é gerada uma camada fluidizada, sendo que as partículas espumam posteriormente a uma temperatura entre T~ m~ -75°C e T~ m~ +20°C. As partículas de espuma obtidas são apropriadas para a preparação de peças moldadas.
