Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"GERADOR DE GáS HìBRIDO PARA UM AIRBAG COM UM MECANISMO DE ABERTURA MECâNICO PARA A CâMARA DE ARMAZENAMENTO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um gerador de gás híbrido para um airbag (1) com uma carga de matéria sólida produtora de gás inflamável (5) disposta em uma câmara de combustão, com uma câmara de armazenamento (9) que contém um gás (10) e que é fechada por um primeiro disco de ruptura (8), com uma parede de separação rompível (13) que delimita a câmara de combustão, unida a um êmbolo corrediço oco (7) para a perfuração do primeiro disco de ruptura (8) e com um segundo disco de ruptura (12) situado na parede de separação (13) entre a câmara de combustão e o espaço oco (14) do êmbolo corrediço (7). A exposição tem como tarefa construir o gerador mencionado de maneira mais simples e mais favorável em termos de custo. Para esta finalidade, a carga sólida (5) é colocada em um cartucho pirotécnico que pode ser montado em separado, sendo que a parede de separação (13) forma o limite frontal do cartucho (3), um entalhe circulante (6) é colocado na parede periférica do cartucho (3) servindo como ponto de ruptura predeterminado para romper a parede de separação (13) e o segundo disco de ruptura (12) configura um achatamento na parede de separação (13).
