Abstract
<B>"UTILIZAçãO DE COMPOSIçõES à BASE DE PELO MENOS UM POLIORGANOSSILOXANO RETICULáVEL POR VIA CATIÈNICA E DE UMA QUANTIDADE CATALìTICA EFICAZ DE PELO MENOS UM SAL INICIADOR, PROCESSO DE REALIZAçãO DE IMPREGNAçãO(õES) E/OU DE REVESTIMENTO(S) ANTI-ADESIVO(S), JUNTA PLANA E COMPOSIçãO DE SILICONE RETICULáVEL"<D>. A presente invenção trata da utilização de composições de silicones reticuláveis para a impregnação e/ou o envernizamento rápidos, económicos e simples de juntas planas (e.g. juntas de cabeçote), e em presença de fotoiniciadores específicos selecionados entre os boratos de ónio ou complexos organometálicos, cujas concentrações boratos compreendem pelo menos um Boro ligado a pelo menos uma fenila substituída (Me, F). O precursor silicone líquido é um polidimetilsiloxano (PDMS) substituído por grupos funcionais de ponte, por via catiónica (G~ f~~ p~) sob UV de tipo epoxi ou viniloxi. Esses G~ f~~ p~ estão presentes à razão de 0,15 a 2,0 equivalentes por kg de PDMS. A presente invenção visa também o processo de impregnação/envernizamento de juntas planas (e.g. juntas de cabeçote), com o auxílio da composição específica de PDMS funcionalizado + fotoiniciador de tipo borato, bem como as juntas tratadas e composição entre si.
