Abstract

INDO UM DEMODULADOR"<D>. Um aparelho para a sincronização comjugada dos sinais de comunicação digital a partir de canais receptores múltiplos é descrito. Em uma modalidade, o aparelho compreende uma unidade de controle, um computador de métrica, um decimador e um comutador. A unidade de controle gera os vetores de fase de amostragem de teste para uso na decimação dos sinais. A saída do decimador é utilizada pelo computador de métrica para formar uma previsão de métrica da performance de um demodulador. A métrica é utilizada pela unidade de controle para selecionar um vetor de fase de amostragem ideal. Em uma modalidade, o computador de métrica calcula o sinal para a razão de prejuízo para ruído (SINR) na saída do demodulador com base nos sinais decimados. Um estimador de correlação invertida pode ser utilizado para gerar uma estimativa dculo do SINR de saída. Em uma modalidade, um estimador de correlação de dados gera uma estimativa dee saída. O comutador controla a comunicação dos sinais decimados para o processador de cancelamento de interferência. Em outra, modalidade, o aparelho inclui uma unidade de seleção e um computador de métrica. A unidade de seleção pode incluir uma unidade de controle e um decimador. O computador de métrica também inclui pelo menos um decimador.
