Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE HIDROGENAçãO PARA HIDROCARBONETOS INSATURADOS"<D>. A invenção refere-se aos processos e hidrogenação catalítica para moléculas de hidrocarbonetos de peso molecular médio numérico maior do que cerca de 180 e ao uso aí de um suporte catalítico inerte compreendendo partículas de substrato refratário tendo a) uma distribuição de volume de poro em que 1) poros tendo diâmetros > 150.000 constituem-se maior do que cerca de 2% do volume total, ii) poros tendo diâmetros > 20.00 e < 150.000 constituem-se maior do que cerca de 1% do volume total, iii) poros tendo diâmetros > 2.000 e < 20.000 constituem-se maior do que cerca de 12% do volume total e b) um volume de poro total de cerca de 45% a 86% do volume total das partículas de substrato. Usando a invenção, uma produtividade de resina aumentada de 150% ou mais pode ser conseguida nas operações industriais. As resinas de hidrocarboneto preparadas dos fluxos de alimentação catalíticos ou termicamente polimerizadas e hidrogenadas usando o suporte inerte tendo distribuição de tamanho de poro descrita exibe caracaterísticas de cor e ponto de amolecimento pelo menos equivalente a resinas previamente disponíveis. Também, aromaticidade aumentada de resinas alifáticas-aromáticas preparadas de acordo com o processo é possível conduzir a adequabilidade particular como aglutinantes para copolímeros em blocos de estireno, copolímero de etileno-éster vinílico e composições adesivas de copolímeros acrílico.
