Abstract
본 발명은 수소화 금속 성분 및 기본 클레이판으로 구성된 팽윤되 합성 클레이를 함유하는 촉매에 관한 것으로서, 상기 클레이판의 평균 직경이 1미크론 이하이고, 상기 촉매는 특히 탄화수소 원료의 가수 처리에 적당하고, 상기 “가수처리”라는 용어는 탄화수소 원료가 수소로 처리되는 모든 공정을 포함하며, 본 발명에 따른 촉매로 사용하는데 적당한 클레이가 네덜란드왕국 특허 출원 제9401433호에서 기술된 것과 같이 제조되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (12)
- 클레이판의 평균 직경이 1미크론 이하이고, 클레이판의 스택의 평균 정도가 스택당 20개의 시트를 초과하지 않는, 적어도 수소화 금속 성분 및 기본 클레이판으로 구성되는 팽윤된 합성 클레이로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클레이판내 금속 이온의 적어도 1 원자량%가 중성 클레이판에서 요구되는 것보다 더 낮은 원자가의 금속이온으로 대체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 클레이판의 평균 직경이 0.5 미크론 이하이고, 클레이판 스택의 평균 정도가 한 스택당 10개의 판을 초과하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 6B족 금속의 성분 및/또는 8족 금속의 성분으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 수소화 금속이 클레이 미네랄의 팔면체 층에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 매트릭스 물질의 적어도 5중량%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스 물질이 알루미나, 실리카, 실리카-알루미나, 티타니아, 지르코니아 및 그의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부가적으로 실리카-알루미나로부터 선택된 촉매 활성을 갖는 매트릭스 물질 및 분자 체성분으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 클레이판의 평균 직경이 1미크론 이하이고, 클레이 판의 스택의 평균 정도가 스택당 20개의 시트를 초과하지 않는 기본 클레이판으로 구성되는 팽윤된 합성 클레이, 수소화 금속 성분으로서 8족의 비활성 금속 및 선택적으로 실리카, 티타니아 및 그의 혼합물에서 선택되는 매트릭스 물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 가수이성질화 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매와 고온 고압에서 가수 처리될 공급원료와 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소 원료의 가수처리방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 처리가 가수분해 처리인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 처리가 가수이성질화 처리인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
