Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A JUNçãO DE PRODUTOS PLANOS A SEREM LIGADOS UM AO OUTRO EM SOBRE-POSIçãO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a junção de produtos planos feitos de materiais metálicos, a serem ligados um ao outro em sobreposição. A junção é realizada em uma fenda entre cilindros, na qual os produtos planos a serem ligados são introduzidos em um ângulo agudo. Antes de eles serem comprimidos um contra o outro na fenda entre cilindros, eles são aquecidos por energia de radiação em suas superfícies mutuamente voltadas uma à outra, mas eles não são fundidos. Por meio de perfilhação adequada de ao menos uma concha de cilindro ou de um produto plano, a pressão superficial é limitada à região da junta de sobreposição, e o fluxo de material transversalmente à direção desta junta de sobreposição é inibido.
