Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAR UM ARTIGO A PARTIR DE UM MATERIAL CONFORMáVEL". Processo e dispositivo são descritos para a fabricação de um artigo, como um corpo de uma cápsula de injetor sem agulha, de um material conformável, como o vidro, o artigo possuindo uma cavidade se comunicando com o exterior de um orifício. Uma matriz (1a) possuindo uma extremidade aberta é montada sobre uma primeira ferramenta de conformação, e extremidade aberta é encaixada por uma segunda ferramenta de conformação (22), enquanto uma região final da matriz (1a) adjacente à extremidade aberta fica em condição de permitir ser formada. Uma das ferramentas (7a) possui um pino (21) se estendendo dela, e quando as ferramentas são trazidas para junto para formarem a região final com uma desejada forma, o pino (21) define o orifício.
