Abstract
<B>"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE MATERIAIS DE RESINA DE FLUOROCARBONO E POLITETRAFLUOROETILENO PREENCHIDOS COM ADITIVO E PRODUTOS OBTIDOS". Provê-se um processo para produção de um PTFE ou outra resina de polímero de fluorocarbono contendo aditivo, o qual alcança distribuição substancialmente completa e homogênea do aditivo selecionado dentro da matriz de polímero. O polímero e o aditivo selecionado são misturados e então submetidos a uma fresagem a ar em um pulverizador de impacto de ar para alcançar impacto de partícula com partícula e a distribuição homogêna do aditivo em e entre as partículas de polímero. O composto fresado aditivo/polímero é extrudado em pasta e adiante processado para formar produtos de PTFE contendo aditivo, tais como fio dental, materiais de isolamento ou condutores, materiais marcáveis a laser, materiais com resistência à abrasão e similares.
