Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"DISPOSITIVOS E MéTODOS UTILIZáVEIS PARA FORMAçãO DE PEQUENAS ABERTURAS NAS CáPSULAS LENTICULARES DE OLHOS DE MAMìFEROS"<D>. Dispositivo e sistema para criar pequenas aberturas, inferiores a 3 mm e de preferência de cerca de 1 mm na cápsula lenticular anterior (LC) do olho de mamífero (E) para facilitar a inserção do(s) dispositivo(s) redutor/removedor de lente(s) e/ou cânula para injetar materiais de substituição de lente fluível no interior da cápsula lenticular (LC). O dispositivo geralmente compreende uma peça manual (18) tendo uma sonda eletrocirúrgica (10) estendendo-se para frente a partir da mesma. A sonda eletrocirúrgica (10) incorpora uma ponta de eletrodo anular (16) que é posicionável em contato com a cápsula lenticular na mesma a desejada abertura inferior a 3 mm. A ponta de eletrodo anular (16) pode ser de configuração ou monopolar ou bipolar.
