Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"2-AMINOCARBONIL-1,2-BIS(METILSULFONIL)-1-(SUBSTIT UìDAS)HIDRAZINAS ANTITUMORAIS"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a novas 2-aminocarbonil-1,2-bis(metilsulfonil)-1-(2-cloroetil)hidrazinas e 2-aminocarbonil-1,2-bis(metilsulfonil)-1-metilhidrazinas, e seu uso para tratar tumores malignos. Os agentes são especialmente úteis no tratamento de cânceres em animais e humanos. Dois agentes preferidos nesta classe, especialmente para uso no tratamento de tumores são 1,2-bis(metilsulfonil)-1-(2cloroetil)-2-(2-cloroetil)-aminocarbonil hidrazina e 1,2-bis(metilsulfonil)-1-(2-cloroetil)-2-metilaminocarbonil hidrazina. Estes agentes caracterizam-se pelo seguinte: eles são incapazes de sofrer inativação pelo mecanismo de desnitrosação proposto para a inativação da roetilação ou metilação e carbamoilação de CNUs.
