Abstract

Patente de Invenção "PREPARAçãO DE LIPASE, LIPASE, CEPA DE <MU>STREPTOMYCES GRISEUS<MV>, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UMA PREPARAçãO DE LIPASE, E, COMPOSIçãO DETERGENTE". Uma lipase altamente alcalina, posicionalmente não específica, pode ser obtida a partir de cepas de <MU>Streptomyces<MV>, agrupamento 1. As cepas de agrupamento 1 de <MU>Streptomyces<MV> não eram conhecidas previamente para produzir lipase. A preparação de lipase tem mais de 50% de sua atividade ótima em ph 10 e é utilizável, por exemplo, em detergentes.
