Um acessório descartável é dotado de um par de abas traseiras, as abas traseiras incluindo membros em mantas que são extensíveis transversalmente no acessório, e faixas elasticamente extensíveis ligadas aos membros em mantas, ao longo das bodas superior e inferior e daí estendendo-se relativamente transversalmente ao acessório.
