Abstract
circuito integrado de gerenciamento de potência com uma matriz programável em campo de reguladores de tensão. um dispositivo semicondutor inclui a pluralidade de reguladores de tensão disposto em uma matriz programável em campo e um controlador de matriz de potência acoplado à pluralidade de reguladores de tensão. o controlador de matriz de potência é configurado para controlar a pluralidade de reguladores de tensão para emitir a potência para uma pluralidade de trilhos de potência. cada trilho de potência fornece uma respectiva corrente de trilho em uma respectiva tensão de trilho. o controlador de matriz de potência é configurado para, para cada um dentre a pluralidade de trilhos de potência, determinar a respectiva corrente de trilho associada ao respectivo trilho de potência, selecionar um subconjunto de reguladores de tensão de acordo com pelo menos a respectiva corrente de trilho, e possibilitar que o subconjunto de reguladores de tensão gere a respectiva tensão de trilho e forneça a respectiva corrente de trilho coletivamente.
