Abstract

CONJUGADO COVALENTE, COMPOSIÇÃO DE VACINA, PROCEDIMENTO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DO CONJUGADO COVALENTE, E, USO DA COMPOSIÇÃO DE VACINA. Esta invenção se refere à biotecnologia, mais especificamente ao campo da saúde humana. O que é descrito, em particular, são conjugados covalentes do domínio de ligação ao receptor de SARS-CoV-2 com uma proteína carreadora, o método usado para obter os conjugados e as composições de vacina que os contenham. As composições de vacina descritas na presente invenção são úteis para a prevenção da infeção por SARS-CoV-2 quando esta induz uma resposta forte de anticorpos neutralizantes.
