A presente invenção se refere a um composto que possui excelente efeito de controle sobre um artrópode nocivo. Um composto representado pela fórmula (I) em que: Z representa um átomo de oxigênio ou similar; G1 representa CR3a ou similar; G2 representa CR3b ou similar; G3 representa CR3c ou similar; G4 representa CR3d ou similar; A1 representa CR4a ou similar; A2 representa CR4b ou similar; A3 representa CR4c ou similar; A4 representa CR4d ou similar; A5 representa CR4e ou similar; R1 representa um grupo hidrocarboneto de cadeia C1-C6 ou similar; R2 representa um grupo C1-C6 alquila ou similar; R3a, R3b, R3c, e R3d são idênticos a ou diferentes um do outro, e cada qual representa um grupo hidrocarboneto de cadeia C1-C6 ou similar; R4a, R4b, R4c, R4d, e R4e são idênticos a ou diferentes um do outro, e cada qual representa um grupo hidrocarboneto de cadeia C1-C6 ou similar; e n representa 0, 1, ou 2] ou um N-óxido do mesmo tem um excelente efeito de controle sobre um artópode nocivo.
