Abstract

COMPOSIÇÕES PARA PREVENIR OU TRATAR OSTEOARTRITE, REGENERAR CARTILAGEM E EXPRESSAR PROTEÍNA DE COLÁGENO II, MÉTODOS PARA PREPARAR AS DITAS COMPOSIÇÕES E USOS TERAPÊUTICOS DE UMA CÉLULA-TRONCO MESENQUIMAL QUE EXPRESSA UMA PROTEÍNA TSG-6. O presente pedido se refere a um uso para regeneração de cartilagem e/ou uso para tratamento de osteoartrite de uma célula-tronco mesenquimal expressando a proteína TSG-6. O presente pedido fornece uma composição para regeneração de cartilagem e uma composição farmacêutica para tratamento de osteoartrite que compreende uma célula-tronco mesenquimal que expressa a proteína TSG-6 como ingrediente ativo. A composição é para regeneração de cartilagem e/ou a composição farmacêutica para tratamento de osteoartrite fornecida pelo presente pedido pode aumentar a expressão de colágeno de células de cartilagem, reduzir a inflamação e restaurar a estrutura da cartilagem.
