Abstract

DERIVADOS DE PIRIDAZINA COMO INIBIDORES DE ALK5 E/OU ALK4. A presente invenção refere-se a um composto de fórmula geral (I) que inibe o receptor do fator de crescimento transformador-Beta (TGF-Beta) tipo I (ALK5), métodos de preparação de tais compostos, composições farmacêuticas que os contêm e uso terapêutico dos mesmos. Os compostos da presente invenção são úteis no tratamento de doenças ou condições associadas a uma desregulação da via de sinalização de ALK5 em um mamífero.
