Abstract

FILME LAMINADO. Um objetivo é fornecer um filme laminado que seja um filme que permita a formação de uma constituição laminada constituída quase completamente de um único tipo de resina com pouco impacto ambiental composta principalmente de filme de polipropileno, e que tenha propriedades adesivas e propriedades de barreira de gás buscadas para materiais de embalagem. Os meios para resolvê-lo referem-se a uma película laminada que compreende uma camada superficial (B) em uma superfície em um lado da camada de substrato (A) que compreende uma resina polipropilênica como constituinte principal, e uma camada superficial (C) em uma superfície no outro lado da camada de substrato (A), e na qual uma camada de filme fino inorgânico (D) é também laminada sobre a camada superficial (B), sendo o filme laminado caracterizado pelo fato de que a neblina do filme laminado não é maior que 5%, e pelo fato de que uma superfície do lado da camada de filme fino inorgânico (D) do filme laminado satisfaz as condições (I) a (IV), abaixo; (I) a rugosidade média aritmética (Ra) por um microscópio de sonda de varredura é de não menos que 4,5 nm a 9,0 nm; (II) a dureza Martens é de não mais que 310 N/mm2; (III) o ângulo de contato com a água é de não mais que 75°; e (IV) a rugosidade média do plano central (SRa) medida por um profilômetro tridimensional é de não menos que 0,010 µm a 0,040 µm.
