Abstract
superfície microestruturada com remoção aprimorada de micro-organismos quando limpa, artigos e métodos. a presente invenção se refere a filmes e artigos que compreendem uma superfície microestruturada que tem uma matriz de estruturas de pico e vales adjacentes. para limpeza aprimorada, os vales têm, de preferência, uma largura máxima na faixa de 10 mícrons a 250 mícrons e as estruturas de pico têm um ângulo de parede lateral maior que 10 graus. as estruturas de pico podem compreender duas ou mais facetas como no caso de uma matriz linear de prismas ou uma matriz de elementos prismáticos. as facetas formam superfícies contínuas ou semicontínuas na mesma direção. os vales, tipicamente, não têm paredes que se cruzam. também são descritos métodos de preparo e métodos de uso. a superfície microestruturada do artigo pode ser preparada por várias técnicas de microrreplicação, como revestimento, moldagem por injeção, gofragem, gravação a laser, extrusão, fundição e cura de uma resina polimerizável; e união do filme microestruturado a uma superfície ou ao artigo com um adesivo.
