Abstract

DERIVADOS DE DI-HIDRO-OXAZOL E TIOUREIA MODULANDO A VIA DO INFLAMASSOMA NLRP3. A presente invenção se refere a compostos da fórmula (I') e (II') para o tratamento, alívio ou prevenção de doenças, distúrbios e anormalidades que respondem à modulação ou inibição da ativação de um componente da via do inflamassoma NLRP3. Em particular, o componente da via do inflamassoma é uma família de receptores semelhantes a NOD (NLR), o inflamassoma da proteína 3 contendo domínio de pirina (NLRP3). Mais particularmente, os compostos da presente invenção têm a capacidade de modular a via do inflamassoma NLRP3. Além disso, os compostos da presente invenção são adequados para o tratamento, alívio ou prevenção de doenças, distúrbios e anormalidades que respondem à modulação, em particular diminuição, dos níveis de IL-1 beta e/ou IL-18.
