Abstract

COMPOSIÇÕES DE GRAXA LUBRIFICANTE À BASE DE ÁGUA E MÉTODOS PARA USO DAS MESMAS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de graxa lubrificante à base de água que inclui ao menos 40%, em peso, de água; um espessante à base de sal; um espessante à base de polímero; e, opcionalmente, um espessante à base de sólido inorgânico. Um processo para preparar a composição de graxa lubrificante à base de água pode incluir mesclar uma quantidade adequada de água com um espessante à base de sal para fornecer uma graxa à base de água espessada, sendo que o espessante à base de sal é obtido a partir do contato de uma base com uma gordura; e adicionar um espessante à base de polímero à graxa à base de água espessada.
