Abstract
MÉTODO PARA CONTROLAR UMA TRANSMISSÃO CONTINUAMENTE VARIÁVEL E TRANSMISSÃO CONTINUAMENTE VARIÁVEL. O método da invenção é um método para controlar um CVT-curve livre de deslizamento compreendendo uma roda anelar (1), um conjunto de rodas planetárias (3) e uma roda solar (2), sendo que a roda anelar e a roda solar são presas juntas. Como nas curvas CVTs da técnica anterior, as forças perpendiculares (NR, NZ) entre a roda anelar e a roda solar, por um lado, e as rodas planetárias, por outro lado, são bem definidas quando a relação de transmissão é constante, ou seja, quando o ângulo de rotação (8) das rodas planetárias é constante. As forças perpendiculares para relação constante são chamadas de valores estáticos das forças perpendiculares. O método é configurado de modo que durante um aumento ou diminuição contínuo da relação de transmissão, qualquer componente de força adicionado aos valores estáticos da primeira e/ou da segunda força perpendicular seja tanto zero ou menor que um componente de força predefinido que é necessário para manter uma condição de micro deslizamento dos contatos de rolagem entre as rodas planetárias (3) e as rodas anelar e solar (1, 2). Este controle das forças é aplicado independentemente da velocidade da mudança de relação. Uma transmissão de acordo com a invenção está equipada com um sistema de controle adequado para implementar o método.
