Abstract

POLÍMERO DE ALCÓXI-SILILA FUNCIONAL, COMPOSIÇÃO DE REVESTIMENTO DE BASE SOLVENTE, MÉTODO PARA REVESTIR UM SUBSTRATO, E SUBSTRATO REVESTIDO. A invenção refere-se a um polímero de alcóxi-silila funcional fluorado, obtenível por um método que compreende as etapas de: a) reagir um (per)fluoropoliéter de OH funcional (PFPE) com um poli-isocianato A sob condições de reação de formação de uretano, para obter um intermediário de isocianato funcional B, b) reagir o intermediário B com uma monoamina de alcóxi-silila funcional secundária C, para obter o polímero de alcóxi-silila funcional. O polímero pode ser usado como um aditivo na preparação de um revestimento com propriedades de limpeza fácil, anti-mancha e anti-arranhão, que pode ser usado vantajosamente para o revestimento de vários substratos em eletrônicos de consumo ou aplicações automobilísticas, tais como vidro, metal, liga metálica, substratos anodizados, plásticos, compósito, etc.
