Abstract
MÉTODO E SISTEMA PARA ALIMENTAR COM AR DE SECAGEM. A invenção diz respeito a método e sistema para secagem de material em câmara de secagem (100); - alimentar com ar sistema de secagem por exposição ao ar (114, 214, 314): entrada de ar (116), primeiro trocador (204) com primeiros lados quente e frio (204a, 204b); bomba de calor (318) com evaporador (206), condensador (208) e compressor (316) disposto para proporcionar primeira transferência de calor a partir do evaporador (206) para o condensador (208); saída de ar (118) disposta para alimentar com ar câmara de secagem (100); com segundos lados quente e frio (210, 210b); o segundo lado frio (210b) conectado a meio de transferência de calor capaz de absorção a partir do segundo lado quente (210a) através de segunda transferência de calor, o segundo trocador (210) disposto à jusante do primeiro lado frio (204b) e à montante da saída de ar (118); e dispositivo de fluxo de ar (202) para controlar a vazão a partir da entrada de ar (116) até a saída (118) para alimentar a câmara de secagem (100); - passar o ar, por meio do dispositivo de fluxo (202), a partir da entrada (116), sequencialmente através do primeiro (204a) do primeiro trocador de calor (204), do evaporador (206), do primeiro lado frio (204b) do primeiro trocador (204), do condensador (208) e da saída (118) e ainda através do segundo lado quente (210a) do segundo trocador (210); e - alternadamente aquecer e resfriar o ar passando pelo sistema de secagem (114, 214, 314).
