Abstract

MÉTODO E INSTALAÇÃO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE FOLHA DE LATA DE ALUMÍNIO. Um método para produzir folha de lata de alumínio compreende as seguintes etapas: fornecer um corpo feito de uma liga de alumínio tipo AA3004, AA3104 ou outra liga de alumínio adequada para fazer uma folha de lata de alumínio; aquecer o corpo a uma temperatura de homogeneização; laminação a quente do referido corpo em um laminador a quente para produzir uma folha laminada a quente, a referida folha laminada a quente saindo do laminador a quente a uma temperatura de saída de laminação a quente com uma bitola de saída do laminador a quente, em que a temperatura de saída de laminação a quente é selecionada para evitar substancialmente a recristalização da folha laminada a quente; laminar a frio a folha laminada a quente em um laminador a frio para aplicar uma redução a frio para produzir uma folha laminada a frio com uma bitola de saída do laminador a frio menor que a bitola de saída do laminador a quente; recozimento da folha laminada a frio em uma faixa de temperatura intermediária selecionada para permitir a recristalização da folha laminada a frio para obter uma folha recozida recristalizada; laminar a frio a folha recozida recristalizada para aplicar uma redução a frio para produzir uma folha laminada a frio com uma bitola final.
