NOVO PRODUTO LÁCTEO ACIDIFICADO DE ALTA PROTEÍNA, SEU MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO E UM NOVO PÓ DE PROTEÍNA DE LACTOSORO PARA PRODUZIR O PRODUTO LÁCTEO ACIDIFICADO. A presente invenção se refere a um método para produzir um produto lácteo acidificado de alta proteína combinando um pó de proteína de lactosoro com um pH na faixa de 3,8 a 5,2 com um primeiro produto lácteo acidificado.
