Abstract

MÉTODO PARA PREPARAR BIO-ÓLEO A PARTIR DE ÁCIDO GRAXO COM ALTO VALOR DE ACIDEZ. É divulgado um método para preparação de bio-óleo, que pode ser utilizado como bio-óleo combustível pesado e bio-óleo marinho, a partir de um ácido graxo com alto valor de acidez. O método para preparar bio-óleo compreende as etapas de: introduzir materiais compreendendo glicerina e um ácido graxo nas respectivas portas de entrada de material posicionadas no centro de um reator tipo coluna e reação de esterificação do material compreendendo glicerina e ácido graxo em cada bandeja de um área de reação, produzindo assim glicerídeo e água, em que o reator tipo coluna tem a pluralidade de bandejas instaladas dentro do reator de modo a formar uma pluralidade de compartimentos na direção vertical dentro do reator, aberturas são formadas na pluralidade de bandejas para conectar os compartimentos que são verticalmente adjacentes e as aberturas dos compartimentos adjacentes são formados alternadamente de forma cruzada; obter o glicerídeo produzido através de uma parte inferior do reator; e vaporizar a água produzida pela reação de esterificação, movendo a água em estado de vapor para uma área de destilação na parte superior do reator para separar a água dos componentes ativos (material de reação e bio-óleo) contidos no vapor, permitindo que os componentes ativos separados fluem para a área de reação e remoção da água separada através da parte superior do reator em estado de vapor. O valor de acidez do glicerídeo é de 30 mgKOH/g ou inferior, e a reação de esterificação é realizada a uma temperatura de reação de 200 a 250°C e à pressão normal sem usar um catalisador.
