Abstract
REMOÇÃO AUTOMATIZADA DE CARCAÇAS DE ANIMAIS. A presente invenção refere-se a dispositivo (1) e método para remoção de carcaças de animais de uma instalação de alojamento de animais. O dispositivo (1) compreende um manipulador (8) para coletar um animal morto quando o manipulador (8) estiver localizado em uma posição relativa predeterminada em relação ao animal morto, um acionador (2) para mover o manipulador (8) dentro da instalação de alojamento de animais, uma câmera (7) para identificar e localizar o animal morto e um processador (6). O processador (6) está adaptado para controlar o acionador (2) para se mover para uma posição alvo indicativa de uma posição aproximada do animal morto na instalação de alojamento de animais e, quando a referida posição alvo for alcançada, identificar e localizar o animal morto usando a referida câmera (7). Em seguida, o processador (6) direciona o acionador (2) para uma posição precisa do animal morto localizado, de modo que o manipulador (8) seja trazido para a posição relativa predeterminada em relação ao animal morto. Em seguida, o processador (6) controla o manipulador (8) de modo a coletar o animal morto com o manipulador (8), controla o acionador para se mover para um local de eliminação predeterminado e deposita o animal morto no local de eliminação.
