Abstract
MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR UM CONCENTRADO, USO DE UM SISTEMA TENSOATIVO, E, MISTURA DE ÁLCOOIS ETOXILADOS E NÃO ETOXILADOS. A invenção se refere a um método para fabricar um concentrado enriquecido em teor de mineral fosfato a partir de um minério, que contém um mineral fosfato e um mineral não fosfato, por uma flotação, em que o método compreende a etapa de adicionar um sistema tensoativo compreendendo (A) um ácido graxo, (B) uma mistura de álcoois etoxilados e não etoxilados, o qual é obtenível pela mistura (i) de um produto da reação de um primeiro álcool alifático C12-C16 tendo um grau médio de ramificação de 1,9 a 3,5 e 10 a 20 equivalentes de óxido de etileno, e (ii) um segundo álcool alifático C12-C16 tendo um grau médio de ramificação de 1,9 a 3,5, em que a quantidade de (i) é 80 a 95% em peso e a quantidade de (ii) é 5 a 20% em peso e o % em peso é baseado no peso total da mistura dos álcoois etoxilados e não etoxilados, para uma polpa aquosa preparada do minério e opcionalmente um ou mais auxiliares de flotação para obter uma mistura aquosa. Adicionalmente, um uso do sistema tensoativo como coletor de flotação é descrito.
