Abstract

MÉTODO, E, DISPOSITIVO PARA PRODUZIR UM TECIDO NÃO TECIDO COMPÓSITO. A invenção refere-se a métodos (100a, 100b, 100c) para produzir um tecido não tecido compósito (7) com pelo menos duas camadas (1,2, 3), em que uma primeira camada (1, 3) é formada de fibras longas (4, 6), e uma segunda camada (2) é formada de fibras curtas (5). Em uma linha de produção (9), as fibras curtas (5) são aplicadas à primeira camada (1, 3) em um processo de deposição por via úmida (103) usando uma caixa de entrada (12) com um gerador de turbulência rotativo ou estático.
