Abstract

Die Herstellung einer dreischichtigen Faserstoffbahn, wie zum Beispiel von White Top Liner (WTL), erfolgt indem zuerst eine zweischichtigen Faserstoffbahn (W) in einer Formierpartie (1), die einen Zweischichtenstoffauflauf (6) und einen Gap- oder einen Hybridformer umfasst, hergestellt wird. Die zweischichtige Faserstoffbahn (W) wird durch eine Pressenpartie ( 2) geleitet, welche 1 bis 3 Pressnips (N1, N2) umfasst, von denen wenigstens einer als Breitnippresse ausgestaltet Pressenpartie ist. (2) Im letzten Pressnip wird die Oberseite der Bahn (N2) (W) der gegen eine glatte Fläche gepresst. Durch die dem letzten Pressnip (N2) eventuell vorangehenden Pressnips (N1) wird die Bahn (W) jeweils zwischen zwei Filzen ( 7, 9) sich befindlich geleitet. Hinter der Pressenpartie ( 2) wird die Faserstoffbahn (W) in einer Zylinder-Trockenpartie (3) getrocknet, die Oberseite der Faserstoffbahn (W) nach dem Florstreichverfahren gestrichen und die gestrichene Faserstoffbahn (W) durch Kalandrieren ausgerüstet.
