Abstract

MÉTODO PARA MEDIR A QUANTIDADE DE UM ANALITO EM UMA AMOSTRA E DISPOSITIVO PARA REALIZAR O DITO MÉTODO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método e um dispositivo para detectar quantitativamente a presença ou ausência de um analito em uma amostra líquida, que compreende um conjunto de detecção de analito que compreende uma fonte de radiação eletromagnética, um meio para detectar radiação eletromagnética e um recipiente que contém um líquido de detecção, sendo que o dito recipiente está posicionado entre a fonte e o meio de detecção de modo que a radiação eletromagnética irradie através do líquido de detecção da fonte para o meio de detecção, caracterizado por a mistura do conteúdo do líquido de detecção ser realizada oscilando-se o conjunto de detecção, em que o posicionamento do recipiente em relação à fonte e aos meios é constante ao longo da conclusão da medição da quantidade de um analito em uma amostra líquida.
