Abstract

FORMA DE DOSAGEM COMPREENDENDO UM AGENTE ALCALINO E UMA CAMADA DE REVESTIMENTO ENTÉRICA. A invenção se refere a uma forma de dosagem que compreende a) um núcleo, compreendendo um ingrediente biologicamente ativo, que é estável a um grau de pelo menos 95% em pH 3 por 2 horas a 22°C, b) uma camada de revestimento intermediária (ICL) sobre ou acima do núcleo, compreendendo um agente alcalino, e c) uma camada de revestimento entérica (ECL) sobre ou acima da camada de revestimento intermediária, compreendendo um polímero entérico, em que a relação em porcentagem do agente alcalino na ICL para o polímero entérico na ECL é de 5 a 95% quando calculado pela fórmula: quantidade de agente alcalino em gramas na ICL X 100 (quantidade de agente alcalino em gramas na ICL + quantidade de polímero entérico em gramas na ECL).
