Abstract

COMPOSIÇÕES DE CURCUMINA PARA OSTEOARTRITE E BEM-ESTAR DA ARTICULAÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de curcumina estável para prevenção, melhora e manutenção da artrite, mais particularmente da osteoartrite. A composição de curcumina estável é compreendida por curcuminoides isolada ou juntamente com pelo menos um excipiente farmaceuticamente e/ou nutraceuticamente aceito para formar as composições de curcumina estável tendo aumento na absorção e biodisponibilidade. A composição é segura para consumo, possui estabilidade e biodisponibilidade aprimoradas devido à porcentagem seletiva de forma polimórfica amorfa e cristalina de curcumina juntamente com excipiente seletivo, tal como modificador de pH e/ou estabilizador e, opcionalmente, carreador hidrofílico, antioxidante, diluentes, agente antiaglomerante, emulsificante, gordura e tensoativo, que resulta na melhora dos sintomas de artrite e condições associadas, quando administrada a indivíduos que necessitem da mesma.
