Abstract

PLACA DE AÇO/TIRA DE AÇO MULTIFÁSICA DE ULTRA ALTA RESISTÊNCIA DE BAIXO CUSTO E BAIXO CARBONO E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DA MESMA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma placa de aço/tira de aço multifásica de ultra alta resistência de baixo custo e a um método de fabricação da mesma. A placa de aço/tira de aço compreende os seguintes componentes em percentagem em peso: 0,03-0,07% de C; 0,1-0,5% de Si; 1,3-1,9% de Mn, menor ou igual a 0,02 % de P, menor ou igual a 0,01% de S; 0,01-0,05% de Al; 0,2-0,5% de Cr, 0,07-0,14% de Ti, menor que 0,03% de (Ni+Nb+Mo+V), e um equilíbrio de Fe e impurezas inevitáveis; e Mn+1,5Cr+5(Ti+Al+CU)+10(Mo+Mi)+20(Nb+V)<3,0; Mn+2Cr+4Ti+4Nb+4V+4Mo-Si/3+2C=3,0. A placa de aço tem uma resistência à tração de =780 MPa, uma resistência de rendimento de =680 MPa, um alongamento de =15%, e uma relação de rendimento com tração de =0,9; a placa de aço tem uma taxa de expansão de furo de =85% se um furo original é um furo estampado, e tem uma taxa de expansão de furo de =115% se um furo original é um furo escareado; a placa de aço tem uma propriedade de flexão satisfazendo a condição na qual em um teste de flexão de 180°, ruptura não ocorre quando um diâmetro de flexão é igual a 0,5, espessura de placa (d=0,5a); a placa de aço é principalmente usada para fabricação de partes de sistema de suspensão e chassi automotivo.
