Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um tubo sem costura de aço inoxidável tendo alta tensão e excelente resistência à corrosão. O tubo sem costura de aço inoxidável tem uma composição que inclui, em % em massa, C: 0,06% ou menos, Si: 1,0% ou menos, P: 0,05% ou menos, S: 0,005% ou menos, Cr: mais de 15,8% e 18,0% ou menos, Mo: 1,8% ou mais e 3,5% ou menos, Cu: mais de 1,5% e 3,5% ou menos, Ni: 2,5% ou mais e 6,0% ou menos, V: 0,01% ou mais e 0,5% ou menos, Al: 0,10% ou menos, N: 0,10% ou menos, O: 0,010% ou menos, e Ta: 0,001% ou mais e 0,3% ou menos, e em que C, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Mo, Cu e N satisfazem à fórmula predeterminada, e o equilíbrio é Fe e impurezas incidentais, o tubo sem costura de aço inoxidável tendo uma microestrutura contendo pelo menos 30% de fase martensítica, no máximo, 60% de fase de ferrita e, no máximo, 40% de fase de austenita retida em volume, o tubo sem costura de aço inoxidável tendo uma tensão de escoamento de 758 MPa ou mais.
