Abstract
POSICIONAMENTO DE VEÍCULOS E PEDESTRES PARA O APROVEITAMENTO DE SINAIS DE MEDIÇÃO DE DISTÂNCIA. A presente invenção se refere a um equipamento de usuário (UE)-alvo, que pode ser um veículo ou UE transportado por um pedestre, que pode receber sinais de medição de distância transmitidos sequencialmente a partir de um conjunto de entidades-fontes (SEs) de medição de distância, que podem ser unidades rodoviárias ou outros veículos. O UE-alvo recebe ainda informações de localização transmitidas separadamente por cada SE. As informações de localização, por exemplo, podem incluir a posição para a SE, a hora de transmissão dos sinais de medição de distância transmitidos pela SE e/ou um identificador de sequência para a SE. O UE-alvo pode determinar intervalos às SEs usando medições de hora de chegada para os sinais de medição de distância e a hora de transmissão dos sinais de medição de distância ou o identificador de sequência recebido nas informações de localização. A posição do UE-alvo pode ser determinada usando os intervalos determinados para as SEs e as posições das SEs recebidas nas informações de localização.
