Abstract

PROCESSO E APARELHO DE COPRODUÇÃO DE GÁS NATURAL COMPRIMIDO ENRIQUECIDO COM HIDROGÊNIO (H-CNG) E NANOTUBOS DE CARBONO (CNTs); E REATOR DE LEITO FLUIDIZADO (FBR) PARA COPRODUÇÃO DE GÁS NATURAL COMPRIMIDO ENRIQUECIDO COM HIDROGÊNIO (H-CNG) E NANOTUBOS DE CARBONO (CNTS). A presente matéria refere-se à coprodução de H-CNG e CNTs. O processo compreende adicionar catalisador a um primeiro reator (110) e ativar o catalisador e realizar uma reação para obter H-CNG e CNTs. Em um primeiro tempo predeterminado após a reação ter progredido no primeiro reator (110), o catalisador é adicionado a um segundo reator (120), ativado e, então, a reação prossegue simultaneamente no primeiro reator (110) e no segundo reator (120). O uso de múltiplos reatores com tempos escalonados de início ajuda na coprodução contínua de H-CNG e CNTs. O processo de preparação de catalisador está integrado ao processo de coprodução para recuperação de calor eficiente. O primeiro e o segundo reatores são reatores de leito fluidizado com bandejas cantiléver que tem barreiras para controlar o tempo de residência do catalisador no reator e, assim, controlar a pureza de CNTs produzidos.
