Abstract

FIBRA DE POLIOLEFINA PREENCHIDA COM POLÍMERO. A presente invenção se refere a uma fibra de poliolefina compreendendo estruturas poliméricas, em que as estruturas poliméricas compreendem individualmente um policondensado e um polímero funcionalizado, e a fibra de poliolefina é uma fibra de polietileno de alto desempenho fiada em gel que tem uma tenacidade de pelo menos 1 N/tex. As estruturas poliméricas são imiscíveis e dispersas na fibra de polietileno. A fibra de polietileno de alto desempenho fiada em gel é uma fibra de polietileno de peso molecular ultraelevado fiada em gel. A presente invenção refere-se ainda a um processo para fazer a fibra de poliolefina compreendendo as etapas de: misturar por fusão o policondensado ou um policondensado contendo pelo menos um aditivo, o polímero funcionalizado e, opcionalmente, o polímero termoplástico e/ou o pelo menos um aditivo, formar estruturas poliméricas; misturar pó de poliolefina, as estruturas poliméricas e um solvente para formar uma mistura; e fiação e estiramento da mistura obtida na etapa ii) para formar a fibra de poliolefina compreendendo as estruturas poliméricas.
