Abstract
PRODUÇÃO DE BIOPRODUTO EM UMA CÉLULA HOSPEDEIRA. A presente invenção descreve um método de produção de bioprodutos por fermentação com uma célula geneticamente modificada, bem como a célula geneticamente modificada utilizada no método. A célula é geneticamente modificada para produzir um bioproduto e é ainda geneticamente modificada por redução da expressão de pelo menos um gene codificador da proteína da membrana endógena e/ou mutação da expressão da proteína da membrana endógena.
