Abstract
linha de arrefecimento brusco rápido. a presente invenção refere-se a sistema e método para linha de arrefecimento brusco (têmpera) rápido que pode ser adequada para uso com bobina quente no ponto de recristalização da tira de metal, ou acima do mesmo. a bobina quente pode ser desenrolada por um desenrolador de baixa tensão usando-se um dispositivo de retenção sem contato. a tira de metal que sai da bobina quente é arrefecida bruscamente e de modo rápido (por exemplo, em taxas de ou acima de 100 °(grau)c/s ou 200 °(grau)c/s) através de múltiplas zonas de arrefecimento brusco. o refrigerante pode ser removido, como com uma faca de ar e/ou um limpador (por exemplo, um limpador ultracompatível). o vapor pode ser coletado de zonas de arrefecimento brusco iniciais e ser redirecionado para fornecer ar úmido à tira de metal, como em regiões em que a temperatura da tira de metal está no ponto leidenfrost, ou abaixo do mesmo. a tira de metal resfriada pode passar através de um freio para aumentar a tensão na tira de metal antes de a tira de metal ser opcionalmente lubrificada e, então, enrolada novamente ou, de outro modo, ainda processada.
