Abstract

método para separar xilose e lignina de líquido de açúcar variado. a presente invenção refere-se a um método para separar a hemicelulose e a lignina de um líquido de açúcar variado, em particular a um método para separar a xilose e a lignina de um líquido de açúcar variado. o método da presente invenção resolve o problema da carbonização e incrustação da lignina no processo de reação de hidrólise da solução misturada do líquido variado do açúcar. ao adicionar um solvente orgânico, a lignina separada no processo de reação de hidrólise é dissolvida no componente do solvente orgânico, evitando-se assim a situação de carbonização e incrustação da lignina num reator que gera substâncias desfavoráveis para a produção real. além disso, a lignina está bem protegida no solvente orgânico, e a lignina obtida num período posterior tem uma elevada atividade de reação e um excelente desempenho.
