Abstract
material de isolamento à prova de fogo e método para sua produção. um material de isolamento à prova de fogo, que é composto por um composto endurecível que contém, com base no peso total do material - 19 a 40% em peso de esferas de vidro poroso com um diâmetro de 0,3 a 1 mm, - 60 a 81% em peso de um solução aquosa de silicato de sódio com uma densidade na faixa de 1370 a 1400 kg/m3 e uma razão molar de sio2 para na2o na faixa de 3,2 a 3,4, - 0,1 a 1% em peso de estabilizador de ligante de água de vidro, - 2 a 10 % em peso de fibra de basalto picada, - 0,1 a 0,9% em peso de negro de fumo, em que a superfície das esferas de vidro poroso é fornecida com o negro de fumo. um método consecutivo para a produção de um material de isolamento à prova de fogo, de acordo com o qual, - primeiro as esferas de vidro poroso são misturadas com uma solução de negro de fumo aquosa de forma que a sua superfície inteira seja revestida com negro de fumo, - então as esferas porosas com negro de fumo são misturadas com fibra de basalto picada e misturadas para formar um composto de isolamento, - em segundo lugar, um estabilizador de água de vidro é adicionado à solução de silicato de sódio aquosa e, então, um endurecedor é adicionado a essa solução, então a solução é agitada por 1 a 10 minutos para formar uma solução ligante, - em terceiro lugar, o composto de isolamento térmico é despejado na solução ligante enquanto se agita constantemente e o todo é misturado, e - por fim a mistura resultante é despejada no local de aplicação e finalmente, a mistura resultante é deixada em repouso até endurecer.
