Abstract
composição adequada para transfectar uma molécula de ácido nucleico em uma célula, métodos para transfecção in vitro ou ex vivo de células vivas e para a produção e usos in vitro ou ex vivo da composição. a presente invenção refere-se a composições para transfecção de uma molécula de ácido nucleico em uma célula e suas aplicações. a presente invenção é direcionada a uma composição adequada para transfectar uma molécula de ácido nucleico em uma célula, preferencialmente uma célula eucariótica, compreendendo (i) pelo menos um composto de fórmula geral (ii) ou um tautômero, mesômero, racemato, enantiômero, diastereômero, ou mistura dos mesmos, ou um sal aceitável dos mesmos, e (ii) um excipiente aceitável, agente tamponante, meio de cultura celular ou meio de transfecção, em que y1, y2, y3, z1, z2, z3, z4, z5, z6, z7, x1, x2, r3, p+, r, t, u e v são como definidos na descrição. a presente invenção também se refere a usos da referida composição e a um método para transfecção in vitro ou ex vivo de células vivas.
